Elaine Stuart (the owner) has been in the café business since 1992, initially running a café and shop in Aberdeen,
In 2008, Elaine opened the “Crammond Falls Café” and has been growing the business ever since. Having given the building a facelift, Elaine saw the opportunity to offer a B&B service, which has been very successful.
Elaine’s ethos is to recycle and use locally sourced and fair-trade products where possible.
Locasl crafts, including Harris Tweed dog coats, purses and bags together with other gifts are sold from the café.
By the end of 2016, Elaine plans to have a new building built in the walled garden. Once she has been granted a license to sell beer and wine, Elaine will trial opening on a Friday and Saturday evening offering a separate menu to that of the café.
